All card payments on the website are made securely through PayPal, and you do not have to register an account with them to purchase items.

These are calculated/charged by weight for most items. Larger items are measured on bulk, so please contact me if looking to place a multiple item / larger order, as I can usually offer cheaper postage. All beanbags and tablet covers are sent by courier service. Orders over a certain value will be sent using a trackable service. If you wish to contact me for a custom order or want to order several items, please contact me before ordering.
Due to the complexities of the various mail companies pricing policies and the constraints of website postage calculators it is not possible to charge an exact postage cost at the time of checkout.
We promise that in any circumstances where the actual postage cost is a minimum of £1 less than you were charged at checkout, we will refund the difference back to your chosen payment method.
I do post internationally, so please feel free to contact me for shipping costs. Any customs/excise charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom orders may take up to 7 days to be despatched - (personalized items might take longer).
Shipping prices for mobile cases, glasses cases and purses are now based on Royal Mail 2nd Class, so please contact me should you require information on alternative posting methods and prices. I obtain a certificate of posting for each order, and cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by the postal system. All textile items are wrapped in tissue paper, and placed inside a polythene mailing bag for protection.
I mail in-stock items within 3 working days (usually within 24 hours) after payment has been received. I will contact you when your order has been posted, and always obtain a certificate of posting.
Your on-line purchases are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. If you change your mind about your order, you have 14 days from receipt to contact me and return items in their original condition/packaging for either an exchange or refund of the item cost (not postage charge). It is recommended you send your parcel by a trackable service i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once received, a refund will be given for the cost of the item(s). Postage costs incurred in the return of the order are the responsibility of the sender, unless the item(s) are faulty.
Custom orders/bespoke/personalized items are excluded from the returns policy unless faulty.
If you can't see a product in your preferred fabric, please get in touch as I may have one in stock/be able to make one especially.
As we attend numerous events, we will have several fabrics not yet listed on the website.
